I am a 38 year-old Computer Programmer and Internet technologies specialist, an all-around computer geek, located in Chattanooga, TN. I have been designing content for the Internet and working with database systems for more than 10 years. I was creating and editing Gopher links before there was a WWW, and since the creation of the Web I have been involved with, fascinated by, or aggravated by almost every aspect of it. I started programming in 1981 at the age of 10 on a TI-99 4/A. I have since worked with most models of Apple and PC computers. At the moment I focus on programming for the Web in PHP/MySQL, C#, ASP.NET, Javascript, XML, XSLT, and Ruby. I especially like programming automated spiders and content scrapers.

Previously I worked for Shoney's Inc. Corporate Offices in the position of Programmer/Analyst as their main Intranet designer developing Advanced Web and Intranet Applications. I also worked for a Marketing company in the Healthcare industry called Aegis Marketing Group. And before that I was at a major southern Internet Service Provider.
